Charles E. 'Chas' Roemer, IV has a unique background of public service and leadership in successful business ventures. Chas currently serves as President of RRM and Chairman of G2 LNG, where he is focused on strategic planning and oversight. Prior to establishing RRM in 2008, Chas was a leader in the senior housing industry throughout the United States serving as senior vice-president and board member of CRSA one of the nation’s leading developers and managers of senior housing. CRSA, located in Memphis, Tennessee, has developed over $2 billion in senior housing projects and operates in over 15 states primarily in the Gulf South and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Chas’ public service includes two terms as a state elected member on The Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education from 2007-2015. During those eight years, three leading as President of the Board, Louisiana established innovative programs including JumpStart, and experienced an increase in ACT scores and graduation rates. He is a founder of one of Louisiana’s first charter schools and served on Governor Bobby Jindal’s education transition team. He was named as one of the 12 people to watch in 2012 by the Baton Rouge Business Report and was recognized as one of Baton Rouge’s top 40 business persons under the age of 40 in 2001. Chas graduated with honors from Harvard University in 1992 and was selected to give the Harvard Oration during graduation ceremonies. He has a Series 79 Investment Banking License. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards and particularly enjoys his academic and sports related service in the area of education.
Thomas currently serves as President of G2 LNG. He is an attorney who has focused on the energy sector his entire career. He held management positions in the oil and gas field, as well as represented independent and major energy companies. Previously, Hudson served as Chief of Staff for US Senator John Breaux, Executive Assistant to US Senator Bennett Johnston, Louisiana State Senator from 1976-1988, and managing partner of Brownstein, Hyatt, and Farber, where he participated in the permitting of a US LNG Import Facility and counseled global interests engaged in the CFIUS process. Thomas is a graduate of Louisiana State University in 1969, and Louisiana State University Law Center in 1971.
Buddy currently serves as Partner of RRM, Chairman Emeritus of Business First Bank, and Chairman Emeritus of G2 LNG. Buddy is the former Governor of the State of Louisiana serving from 1988-1992 and a U.S. Congressman from 1981-1988 serving on the Banking Committee. After completing his term as Governor, he was selected a Kennedy Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. Buddy is a graduate of Harvard University in 1964 and the Harvard Business School in 1967. He has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards, including the Shaw Group which at the time of his service was a Fortune 500 company.
Executive Vice President
Eugene currently serves as Executive Vice President of G2 LNG, and President and CEO of G2 Development, a trading company that represents US and Asian companies. He is an American Citizen who has resided in Louisiana for 26 years. He is the author of “The New Circle”, describing his journey to this country, educational experiences, and international business experiences. His story has also been published in the Asian Wall Street, New York Times, and The Baton Rouge Business Report. He is a graduate of The College of Economics at Guizhou University in 1982. He worked as a business consultant for Tetra Technology for 10 years ( 1996-2006 ). Tetra is a publicly listed Energy service company based in Houston, TX. He also worked on various projects with Angus chemical, Ethel Corp, GE and Wal-Mart. He served as Baton Rouge Mayor Kip Holden' s consultant for economic development and served on advisory board as advisor for Southern University's international students exchange program with National Science Foundation.
Vice President - Europe
Nebojsa currently serves as Vice President- Europe of G2 LNG. He has extensive experience in a broad range of international trade, countertrade, project development, finance, and acquisitions transactions in Eastern Europe, Caspian and Central Asia, Latin America, Africa, Middle East and USA. He has collaborated with leading EPC, logistics, and private equity firms, multilateral organizations, foreign governments and local partners- often in particularly challenging parts of the globe. As an entrepreneur, he has participated in funding and co-developing technology ventures in the domain of telecommunications, digital media, and security systems. Multilingual, with intricate knowledge of international markets, he is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Business in 1988. Nebojsa was a member of the 1986 LSU NCAA Final Four Team.

Ngainam Wai, Dennis, was born in China and immigrated to the United States in 1996. Following his graduation from the University of Colorado in 2009, he co-founded an innovative product design company in the extreme sports arena. He currently serves G2 LNG as Business Development - Asia, focusing on energy and manufacturing. He is an applicant for American Citizenship.
